Provide direct support to the global Field Sales Team through comprehensive understanding of Cisco and Meraki internal sales processes and tools
• Assist Field Account Executives and their leadership with domestic and international booking related inquiries
• Provide back end administrative assistance throughout the Free Trial processes based on global team scope (generating reports, dashboards, creating opportunities and troubleshooting issues that sellers experience)
• Training the field in processes and common tools used by our sellers (SFDC, CCW, POWR, RMA Meraki Dashboard, etc)
• Cross-functional engagement with Operations, Finance, Support, Logistics and Channel in resolving the needs of prospects, customers, and technology partners
• Become technically proficient with Salesforce.com and other internal systems
• Maintain sales procedures, processes, compliance and CRM database integrity
• Document and drive cases to resolution within SLA in SalesForce.com (note that tool may change in the future)
